Straight answers to the questions we hear most from Western Mass homeowners.
Residential weekly mowing in our service area typically runs $35-$75 per visit depending on lot size, terrain, and whether trimming and blowing are included. Smaller quarter-acre lots fall at the low end; larger two-acre properties with complex obstacles at the top. We give firm, upfront pricing after walking the property — no hidden fees.
Weekly during the spring growth surge (late April through June) and fall (September through leaf drop). Bi-weekly is usually fine in the slower summer months if we're not taking more than a third of the blade off in one cut. We adjust automatically based on growth rate, not a rigid calendar.
Spring cleanups run mid-March through mid-May as soon as the ground thaws. Fall cleanups happen after the bulk of the leaves are down — typically mid-October through mid-November in Western Mass. We book both in advance because routes fill up fast.
Yes. Leaves, brush, sticks, cleanup debris — all hauled away as part of the service. We compost what we can locally.
That's most of our customer base. One company, one invoice, one crew that already knows your property. Bundle pricing usually saves 10-15% versus piecing services together.
Mulch by default — returns nitrogen and organic matter to the soil. We bag when the lawn is too long (we were out of town, recent rain) or when the customer specifically requests it.
